• Lead and architect mission‑critical initiatives across multiple teams, establishing best practices for software development
• Design, develop, and deploy robust infrastructure solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring systems to ensure service reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
• Develop secure, highly available services that power supply chain operations
• Create innovative solutions to enhance service quality and customer experience

• Good background in designing and building large‑scale distributed systems
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring other engineers
• Expertise in modern software development practices and cloud technologies
• Track record of delivering complex projects in fast‑paced environments

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
