Join Clear Edge as a Software Engineer II
, where you will design, build, and ship features across the full stack for one of our core AI-enabled products. You will work closely with internal and customer stakeholders to implement scalable, secure, high-performing UI and API features, including AI-assisted capabilities that support automated analysis and decision support.

You will build and maintain front-end and API layers using Type Script, Python, and React as part of an Agile team, turning requirements into working, reliable software.

• Skilled in Type Script, Python, and/or React
• Fluent with AI-native IDEs and comfortable using them as your default way of working
• Comfortable with hybrid (on-prem/cloud) and air-gapped deployment concepts
• Familiar with containers at a basic build/run level
• Comfortable across the software development lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, maintenance
• Experienced with version control workflows
• Capable of picking up new stacks quickly

• Develop software implementing algorithms, data processing, and workflow features
• Perform technical analysis and implementation decisions on assigned features
• Build and extend UI, API, and data-exchange features
• Work in Type Script, Python, and React, with tech like Postgres, RAG, and vector stores
• Apply best practices to ensure system quality & reliability

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance; U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar (4 years of experience may substitute)
• 3+ years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of software systems
• Fluency with AI-native IDEs
• Well-versed in at least one mainstream programming language — language is secondary; exposure to Type Script, Python, and/or React is a strong fit for how we work
• Proficient in the basics of several programming languages, computer system architecture, and operating systems/cloud concepts
