JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Capital Region team is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Delivery driver! This individual will operate a company vehicle to transport materials and products to job sites. You’ll spend part of your day on the road, keeping our installers equipped and our homeowners delighted with timely, reliable service contributing to a positive experience.

Please note:

a driving record check with acceptable motor vehicle record is required for this position.

Responsibilities Deliver needed materials to job sites using a Pickup Truck or Transit Cargo van.

Load and unload shipments of products and/or materials; record receipts & enter into computer system

Stage materials for pick-up or shipping

Move materials on and off of shelves

Assist in staging customer orders

Keep warehouse areas clean and neat, may include sweeping, snow shoveling, picking up debris, and maintain safe environment

Maintain service parts area; log all incoming and outgoing parts

Maintain inventory levels record and report specific usage

Recommend changes/improvements to work processes and procedures in writing

Understand and meet safety requirements for equipment and tools

Help lifting large units as requested in warehouse or on installation job sites

Other duties as assigned by leader.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record. Knowledge of application and use of power tools.

Organizational skills, detail oriented. Ability to obtain any necessary licensure or certifications, as applicable.

Ability to physically lift up to 40lbs regularly and up to 80lbs with equipment assistance or team assistance regularly.

Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools.

English language comprehension (reading, writing), alphabetical sorting, basic math skills, and legible writing required.

PAY RANGE:$19.85 - $28.75

PROFIT SHARING:
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
