Description
The Loader arranges and loads orders on outbound trucks for deliveries to customers.
Job Duties & Responsibilities- Loads trucks
- Loads customer orders onto trucks from dock
- Ensure loads are secure before loading and unloading (chock wheels)
- Loads and unloads trucks and product using electric sit down forklift
- Operates equipment, such as forklift and pallet jacks in a safe manner as needed
- Performs responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures of company
- Assist with routing and determining what can fit on straight trucks and trailers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

High school Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to display basic arithmetic skills.
Training, Skills, Licenses1 year of experience working in a warehouse. Electric Pallet Jack experience. Forklift experience. Produce experience preferred, but not required.
Working ConditionsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee is frequently exposed to wet, loud, cold and/or humid conditions. The employee frequently is required to walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, rotate or twist, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
