Stock, Picker and Packer

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as a Stock, Picker and Packer in Jessup, Maryland. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and being part of a team that helps fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, this opportunity is for you.
 As a Stock, Picker and Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
 Responsibilities:
 Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and storage bays.
 Handle a variety of products including clothing, toys, media, cosmetics, small automotive parts, and household goods.
 Load picked merchandise onto carts or pallet jacks for transport.
 Package products into shipping boxes using appropriate packing materials and dunnage.
 Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and product protection.
 Assist with packaging finished products at the end of production lines when needed.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
 Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
 Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
 Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
 Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
