Stock, Picker and Packer

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as a Stock, Picker and Packer in Jessup, Maryland. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and being part of a team that helps fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, this opportunity is for you.

As a Stock, Picker and Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves and storage bays.
• Handle a variety of products including clothing, toys, media, cosmetics, small automotive parts, and household goods.
• Load picked merchandise onto carts or pallet jacks for transport.
• Package products into shipping boxes using appropriate packing materials and dunnage.
• Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and product protection.
• Assist with packaging finished products at the end of production lines when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Meet daily productivity and quality expectations.

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

• Competitive starting pay of $17.50 per hour
