Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Jessup, MD for 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) to lead a hands-on team in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will coach staff, ensure SOP compliance, and drive safety and productivity while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment in cold storage.
You'll supervise daily activities, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, plan labor, monitor KPIs, and uphold inventory accuracy in a fast-paced distribution setting.
