Position:
Warehouse Receiving Clerk (1st Shift / Early Start) This is an OFFICE position, not in the warehouse. Must have great computer and people skills.

Location: Jessup, MD (Distribution Center)
Pay:
- $21/hour (base)
- $31.50/hour (overtime)
- Early morning / late-night start (3rd shift into 1st shift)
- Rotating monthly schedule
- Some weekends and holidays required
- Overtime possible
- 3am-11am - OFF days are Sunday and Wednesday and WORK days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- 100% office role (not working physically in the warehouse)
- Communicate with warehouse staff and drivers
- Process incoming shipments (verify against invoices)
- Run tags and handle paperwork
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages
- Organize and manage shipment records
- Handle calls and coordinate logistics
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Word & Excel
) - Efficient data entry and multitasking
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Warehouse/shipping experience required
- WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience = big plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented candidate
- Someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator (“heart of the shipping department”)

This is a logistics coordination role (not physical labor) focused on:
- Communication
- Shipment tracking
It’s ideal if you have warehouse admin or shipping/receiving experience and are comfortable working very early shifts.
