CoWorx Staffing Services has an immediate temp-to-hire High Reach operator position with a fantastic, employee-focused client in the Jessup, PA area!

Responsibilities:

• Pick, stage and load product
• Unload and stow product
• Count product and check for damage, infestation, and unique product identifiers (part number, batches, etc.)
• Report shortages/overages/damages on appropriate forms
• Apply appropriate labels to products
• Efficiently stack and store product in a manner that will not cause damage
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area

Desired Background/

Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to use RF scanners and work within a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment including high reach truck
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicating findings clearly to others
• Able to walk, bend, and squat
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
