Position OverviewAs a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be part of a team that values work‑life balance and where personal and professional growth is a top priority.

- Financial management – oversee the clinic’s operations, adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Autonomy – run the clinic with support and guidance from your director, regional peers, and the company.

- Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards.

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) OR Registered Nurse license required.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the DVP and/or ROD.
- Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire).
- Collaboration is a must; work daily with clinical and financial teams to deliver results aligned with business needs.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Other qualifications at the discretion of the ROD and/or Divisional Vice President are accepted.
