Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift position for a Production Supervisor based in Jesup, GA. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, and ensuring that operational goals are met. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize workflows, monitoring production quality and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
This role involves effective team leadership and clear communication to maintain a positive and productive working environment.

- Supervisory
Skills:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage team members effectively to achieve production goals. - Production Management:
Knowledge and hands-on experience in overseeing production workflows, processes, and operations. - Production Schedules and Planning:
Expertise in planning and managing production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with other departments. - Commitment to quality and safety standards to ensure successful operations.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to address challenges and improve processes.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
