Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Night Shift position for a Production Supervisor based in Jesup, GA. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing production schedules, and ensuring that operational goals are met. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize workflows, monitoring production quality and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

This role involves effective team leadership and clear communication to maintain a positive and productive working environment.

  Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with other departments.
• Commitment to quality and safety standards to ensure successful operations.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills to address challenges and improve processes.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
