Healthy Pet in Jesup, GA has an immediate opening for a PAD Operator on our NIGHT SHIFT ! The PAD Operator is responsible for operating front end loaders and forklifts to load, unload, and organize raw materials essential for our production processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of production processes by loading raw material onto conveying equipment, which feeds directly into our manufacturing operations.

• Operates wheel loader, forklift, clamp truck and roll splitter in a safe manner.
• Performs basic repairs and preventative maintenance on wheel loader, forklift, clamp truck and roll splitter. Ensures machines are running properly and all safety guards and panels are in place during production. Performs necessary equipment adjustments for production run changes. Makes other machine adjustments, as necessary.
• Coordinates with supervisor and Operator II for the storage and handling of raw materials
• Follows raw material recipe that supervisor has established and notes any changes.
• Performs pre-shift inspection and documents findings on all rolling stock before each shift, checks all fluid levels and adds fluid when needed. Keeps wheel loader, forklift and clamp truck clean and in good working order. Reports any major maintenance issue to the maintenance department.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

• High school diploma or Technical School Training (preferred)
• Must possess forklift certification and maintain throughout employment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
