We're looking for a Process/Project Engineer who combines technical expertise with hands‑on problem solving to optimize production, lead capital projects, and drive continuous improvement. If you enjoy working on the plant floor, using data to eliminate inefficiencies, and delivering measurable results, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact on our manufacturing operations.
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: Bachelors
Led process optimization and capital projects in a manufacturing environment by improving production performance, reducing waste, managing equipment installations, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and Lean methodologies.
- Wearing steel toe shoes
- Manual lifting up to 40lbs
- Standing for 8 hours at one time
- RCA (5 years of experience is required)
