Rayonier Advanced Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the pulping department on the night/day shift in Jesup, GA. The role centers on safety, performance coaching, and ensuring pulp production meets spec and quality standards.
You will coordinate maintenance with other shifts, document labor relations matters, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. A BS degree with 3 years of supervisory experience in pulp or related manufacturing is required.
