Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives to deliver Legendary Customer Experience;
Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed;
Conduct opening/closing procedures and manage daily duties such as merchandising, price changes, and customer issue resolution;
Operate cash register and supervise cash handling procedures; ensure safety and well-being of birds where applicable;
Train Team Members on policies and procedures and promote a safe, productive work environment
