Retail Operations Team Member

Enmarket is looking for friendly, customer-service oriented individuals to join our team. We operate 128 locations across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and are growing. Sales Associates are responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the station during their shift, in accordance with company policy. This includes contributing to store profitability, meeting customer needs, and delivering best-in-class service every day.

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate changes to management promptly.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest possible purchases and promote specials.
• Execute the customer service program at the site level.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the store and environment.
• Ensure environmental and hazardous material regulations are followed.
• Document accidents or incidents and report them promptly.
• Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support implementation of the Safety and Health program.
• Complete new employee safety orientation procedures.
• Provide accurate shift communications with management and staff.

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level to make change, complete shift reports, and account for products during vendor check-in.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk, beverages, and other products using proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products; work in various temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed. Must be 18 years of age.

• Lift up to 50 pounds at times and traverse all areas of the store.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and standing.
• Maintain physical maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and attractiveness of store facilities.
• Perform other related duties as required.
