Griswold Public Schools is seeking Substitute Café Service Providers to join our Food Services team and help nourish the minds and bodies of our students.

This is a great opportunity for friendly, reliable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for flexible, part-time work during school hours. As a substitute, you'll step in to support our regular food services staff when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to students and staff
• Operating kitchen equipment and following food safety procedures
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cafeteria areas
• Providing excellent customer service to students in a positive, respectful manner
• Collaborating with a team to ensure smooth and efficient meal service

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Enjoy working around children and as part of a team
• Be dependable, punctual, and flexible
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate lifting
