Key Responsibilities:
- Processing new investments in accordance with S86(4) of the Legal Practice Act
- Issuing guarantees, managing add-ons, withdrawals, and closures
- Capturing advocate and correspondent invoices
- Processing business and trust EFTs
- Monthly fee earner billing and invoicing
- Monthly reconciliations and trust balance clean-up
- Responding to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
- Preparing files for annual audits
- Providing cover for colleagues during leave periods
- Matric certificate
- Bookkeeping Diploma
- Full working knowledge of MS Office packages
- CMS/Aderant experience
- Knowledge of FICA KYC principles
- Banking experience
- Law firm experience
