Our client is looking for a highly capable Operational Administration Manager to be the engine behind their national management team.
You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly, connecting people, priorities and plans, often behind the scenes, always making an impact.
What you’ll do
- Own scheduling, diaries and the seamless coordination of executive and national management meetings
- Prepare agendas, capture accurate minutes, and deliver clear, insightful reporting
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide best-in-class administrative and personal assistance support
- Bring structure, follow-through and commercial awareness to everything you touch
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, professional communication, written and verbal
- Strong business acumen and the ability to think ahead
- Proven stakeholder engagement skills at all levels
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (highly advantageous)
- Work remotely while supporting a national leadership team (preferably JHB or CPT-based)
- Be trusted, valued and relied upon for excellence
- Make a real difference in how the business operates
