Job Purpose:

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Assist with basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, data capturing)

  • Manage meeting room bookings and refreshments when required

Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience will be advantageous

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
