Job Purpose:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Manage the reception area and ensure it is neat and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Assist with basic administrative duties (filing, scanning, data capturing)
Manage meeting room bookings and refreshments when required
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Previous receptionist or admin experience will be advantageous
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
