Responsibilities
- Assist with generating quotations to clients and reviewing supplier costings to secure competitive prices.
- Place orders with suppliers, receive client orders and process them for the production team.
- Open job cards, load online job trackers and capture data.
- Arrange couriers, prepare quotes for approval and ensure items reach their destination.
- Perform general administrative tasks: filing important documents, tracking delivery notes, job tickets and invoices, and general filing in the accounts office.
- Prepare and print labels for various parcels.
- Excellent spoken manner, communication and phone manner.
- Organisational and punctual skills.
- Well presented and friendly personal demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Proficient in Pastel accounting software.
- Previous experience in the print and/or eventing fields is highly beneficial.
