SUMMARY
Our client in the manufacturing industry is urgently looking to employ a Buyer Administrator at their organization.
POSITION INFOLocation:
Strydom Park, Randburg
- Matric
- 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer Administrator/Procurement Administrator
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Must reside in the Northern/Western Suburbs of JHB (non-negotiable)
- Imports experience
- Incoterms Knowledge
- Ensuring that all stock is ordered when minimum levels are reached and expediting of orders to ensure prompt delivery.
- Creating purchase orders
- Issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Issuing documents to freight forwarders
- Tracking of open orders
- Tracking of Import shipments
- Expediting orders and ensuring prompt dispatch from suppliers
- Liaising with local and international suppliers
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Liaising with sales team, production and QC
- Support the Management as required
- Import process
- Knowledge of Inco Terms
- Calculating of landed cost
- Compiling Reports
