Key Objectives- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company policies.
- Support various departments by providing timely and precise data entry services.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Enter data from various source documents into the computer system with speed and accuracy.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors.
- Maintain and update electronic and paper records as required.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.
- Perform routine backups to secure data and prevent loss.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Follow data integrity and security protocols at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
