Location: Wadeville
Salary: R5 000 – R6 000 per month
Overview
Our client, based in Wadeville, is seeking a well-presented and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The successful candidate will provide efficient front-desk support and general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
Offering refreshments to visitors when required
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintaining a neat and organised reception area
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Filing, data capturing, and general office support tasks
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Well-presented and professional at all times
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
