Executive Receptionist job vacancy in Johannesburg.
My client, based in Sandton, is seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior-level executives within the company.
This is an office-based role requiring a proactive, organized, and adaptable individual who is able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to work extended hours when required to meet business demands.
Salary: R30 000 – R45 000 per month.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Organize and support meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Assist with office administration and special projects as required by senior management.
- Monitor deadlines and priorities to ensure executives remain focused on key business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary education is preferred
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Looking for a well-organized individual
- Strong computer literacy
- Multi-tasking ability
- Exceptional professionalism in all aspects, telephone manner, email etiquette, receiving of guests
- Support to Executive Assistant / Group Fleet Manager and Executives
- Experience in managing a company’s fleet would be advantageous
- Work with and understand the expectations of working with Senior Executives
- Fast learner, taking initiative, must cope well under pressure
