Duties & Responsibilities
- Purchasing and supplier order processing
- Expediting orders and tracking deliveries
- Supply chain coordination and administrative support
- Clerical warehousing and stock-related administration
- Processing transactions on ERP systems
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Good email etiquette and professional communication skills
- Strong verbal communication ability
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Good time management and deadline awareness
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic
- Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
