Internal Control Data Captures Supervisor – Braamfontein –

3 Month Temp Position – Salary: R 359

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sourcing and capturing of the data relating to the Land Rights Management matters.
• Maintain a spreadsheet with all required inputs for the Provision and Commitment figures.
• Report weekly on progress to the Internal Control Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric plus studying towards a finance/accounting tertiary qualification.
• Finance/Accounting degree will be advantageous.
• One (1) to two (2) years working experience in Finance.
• Knowledge of clerical duties.
• Practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics.
• Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
• Effective working relationship with the Management and staff.
• Team player.
• Service excellence imperative.
• Multi-level and diverse stakeholders.
• Complexity in co-ordinating across organisational levels.
• Integration across all of the business units.
