The Role:

Junior Consultant (Coaching & Development)

As a Junior Consultant, you will play a hands-on support role in the delivery of client projects across coaching, leadership, and organisational development. Working under the guidance of senior consultants, you'll contribute to research, content development, and client engagement. This role is designed to help you build a solid consulting foundation while making a tangible contribution to projects that shape people and organisations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project scoping, planning, and delivery under the supervision of senior team members
  • Draft reports, presentations, and research summaries with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate and provide logistical support for client workshops and sessions
  • Assist with the preparation of client briefs and presentations
  • Participate in client meetings, capturing notes and tracking action items
  • Maintain professional communication with clients on project-related matters
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practices and contribute as part of project teams
  • Proactively build knowledge in organisational development, change management, and leadership coaching
About You
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, psychology, business, or related discipline)
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in consulting, HR, organisational development, or similar
  • Exposure to coaching, change management, team effectiveness, or organisational culture (advantageous)
  • Strong research, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Analytical ability to summarise findings and support decision-making
  • Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to grow within a consulting environment
