Business Architect

Experience

• A minimum of 5 - 8 years' relevant experience in Business Analysis
• Has experience with working with Exco on strategy formation.
• Extensive experience with projects and business case formulation and ideology
• Strong project design and project formulation experience and able to translate strategic plans into goals and deliverables.
• Relevant experience within business architecture will be advantageous.

• Provide input into the development of the business are tactical strategy in achievement of the overall business strategy.
• Develop and implement an area operational plan in achievement of business objectives.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to develop a conceptual view of the business solutions and capabilities required to support the business strategy.
• Provide Business architecture views to align technology architecture to business unit strategies and to the overall First Rand strategic direction.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Conduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritise collected requirements.
• Research, review, and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
