Junior Business Development Executive
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years in sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferably fintech, banking, or payments)
- Knowledge of digital payments/financial services an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office;
Hub Spot experience a plus
- Identify and qualify leads; support sales activities
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and CRM updates
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and provide insights
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Ensure accurate, professional communication and documentation
- Track time (Jira/Tempo) and follow company policies
- Lead conversion and deal closures
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Accurate reporting and CRM updates
- Timely delivery of tasks and compliance with processes
