Service Manager / Sales Representative

The Service Manager / Sales Representative is responsible for coordinating service operations and driving sales within the safe and security products division. This role involves liaising with customers, managing service logistics, processing documentation, and maintaining strong business relationships to support customer satisfaction and future sales growth.

• Liaise with to arrange installations, repairs, servicing, and product inquiries
• Provide product and service advice to meet customer needs
• Maintain positive business relationships to encourage repeat business and future sales
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and completed service jobs

• Coordinate and track locksmith service calls and arrange related invoices
• Review, verify, and process locksmith and service provider invoices
• Manage and reconcile technician trip sheets for accuracy and record‑keeping
• Schedule and coordinate service jobs and product deliveries

• Dispatch and receive safes, locks, and related security products
• Ensure accurate stock movement records and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery

• Generate service, sales, and operational reports as required
• Maintain accurate records of jobs, invoices, customer interactions, and inventory

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Basic sales skills and an understanding of service‑driven sales
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar reporting and invoicing systems

• Valid driver’s license.
• National senior certificate.
• Tertiary qualification in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Competency in Microsoft applications.
• Contactable references.

• Previous experience in service coordination, sales, or operations (security or trade industry preferred)
• Experience working with invoices, dispatch documentation, or job scheduling
• Knowledge of safes, locksmith services, or security products is an advantage
