As a member of the Centre of Excellence Team, this role plays a crucial part in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the organization. Collaboration across various departments is required to identify areas for improvement, develop best practices, and support the successful implementation of initiatives.
Key Outputs:

Analysis and documentation of business processes

Testing and QA of business processes and productivity

Defining business process and activity SLAs

Liaising with business analysts and providing input into business process design and modelling

Administering support systems

Administering team systems

Acting as a team player

Serving as a process champion

Serving as a customer champion

Providing solution-driven support

Building strong working relationship

Knowledge

Required:

Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

Zoho knowledge preferable

Data analysis, manipulation, and insight generation essential

Travel sector exposure, particularly tour operations, preferable

Six Sigma methodology and approach preferabl

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of business processes

Understanding of organizational structures

Data analysis capability

Analytical mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous Work Experience

Required:

0–2 years’ experience in this discipline

Relevant Bachelor’s degree beneficial

Business analyst or process analysis qualification beneficial
