Personal Assistant to the Managing Director & CEO – Randburg – R25k The Opportunity

Our client is a leading South African portable storage and logistics provider, founded in 2012. The business services households, SMEs, and corporate clients with a door‑to‑door storage solution that delivers convenience and security. Their unique model brings storage units directly to customers, stores them securely, and returns them when needed. This customer‑first approach differentiates them from traditional self‑storage operators and drives steady demand across major metro areas.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage complex executive diaries and prioritise MD & CEO schedules

  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and briefing packs

  • Coordinate cross‑branch meetings and track strategic action items

  • Liaise with logistics, sales, and finance teams to align directives

  • Handle confidential stakeholder communication and documentation

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting MD or CEO level

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field

  • Executive/Personal Assistant certification advantageous

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Experience in logistics, storage, property, or operations‑driven environments preferred

  • Proven ability to prepare executive‑level documentation and manage confidential information
