At Cerba Research, our Contracts and Proposals team is hiring a Proposal Manager and a Proposal Manager/Analyst (6 month contract) to play a pivotal role in delivering high quality, accurate and compelling proposals that support study award and long term client partnerships.

With over 40 years of clinical research expertise, Cerba Research has built a unique offering of services, including clinical trial management, specialty laboratory and biomarker services, and medical devices and diagnostics. Cerba Research supports clients from research and development through clinical studies and commercialization of therapies. We combine deep therapeutic understanding with the scale and global reach of a central laboratory network.

Our extensive experience in central and specialty laboratory services allows us to provide early scientific insights that help optimize protocol development and improve study outcomes. Our global accredited laboratory network and connected logistical infrastructure spans the US, Europe, Asia Pacific, Australia and Africa.

Proposal Manager

• Preparing customer focused proposals in collaboration with global Cerba teams
• Translating scientific and operational requirements into clear commercial proposals
• Leading pricing discussions and ensuring budgets are accurate and aligned to specifications
• Writing and reviewing proposal content to reflect agreed strategy
• Supporting strategy discussions and contributing insight on feasibility and risk
• Managing timelines and delivering high quality outputs to strict deadlines
• Maintaining accurate records across internal systems including Salesforce and Share Point

Proposal Analyst

• Supporting the preparation and coordination of client proposals
• Ensuring budgets are accurate consistent and aligned to specifications
• Maintaining high quality documentation and proposal records
• Supporting strategy discussions through research and analysis
• Helping ensure proposals are delivered on time and to a high standard

About You

• Bring a scientific or financial background with experience in a CRO or laboratory environment
• Have several years experience working on proposals budgets or commercial documentation within a CRO
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to strategy discussions
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable working at pace and balancing multiple priorities
• Fluent English is required. Dutch would be an advantage
