About the Role A leading Temporary Employment Services provider is seeking a high-performing Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in securing and growing outsourced workforce solutions.
This is a performance-driven role suited to a commercially astute sales professional who consistently meets or exceeds targets and thrives in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities
- Secure new TES clients and grow market share
- Drive monthly GP and revenue targets
- Build and manage strategic client relationships
- Identify tender opportunities
- Maintain strong sales pipeline
- Minimum 5 years’ Business Development experience within TES
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of South African labour legislation
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Competitive basic salary
