Grade 11​/Leader Programme

The PwC Future Leader programme offers high school learners an opportunity to experience the professional services industry. During the programme, you’ll gain insights and exposure into the organisation, meet with business reps who have elevated their careers, and explore the various business units within the firm.

Aligned to PwC’s purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems, the programme also reflects our values—acting with integrity, making a difference, working together, caring, and reimagining the possible. You’ll experience how these values guide our people in their day-to-day work.

You’ll experience our PwC professional behaviours in action and learn about how we live our values every day and why you should consider a career in professional services.

Your time with us will help you understand the academic requirements for qualifying as a chartered accountant, the wide range of career opportunities available, and what PwC can offer you as you consider your future.

• Must be in grade 11 or grade 12
• Minimum of 65% in Pure Maths and English
• Must be willing to attend the programme in person at the location provided
