Job Summary To develop and deliver existing customer management strategies and plans (eg. Retention, Activation and Limit Management) for different customer segments across all channels and applicable products. To enhance the overall ECM programme to ensure that business objectives and customer franchise metrics are achieved and exceeded. Effective management and implementation of all existing customer marketing initiatives, prioritizing based on value contribution.
To conceptualise and develop future strategy in line with value propositions and business requirements
- Provide advanced specialist advice and support in the analysis, development and implementation of best practices across value chain(s)
- Obtain, analyse and report on practices related to a value chain function to identify initiatives that will improve business performance
- Provide specialist advice to enable planning for product enhancements or new products ⁄ features that puts a premium on simplicity, agility, innovation and incorporates the understanding of customer needs
- Identify and develop solutions for challenges in the relevant business area
- Develop and lead engagement initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships and drive marketing campaigns for growth at the most opportune time to meet customers’ needs and drive value for the business
- Leads discovery processes with MI, product and channel stakeholders to identify business requirements that delivers business objectives
- Work with and alongside the MI and Analytics teams to highlight areas of concern and possible solutions
- Model and frame business scenarios that are meaningful and allow for maximum business impact
- Execute on engagement plans designed to strengthen customer relationships
- Based on campaign proposal ⁄ instruction, assess campaign requirements received from relevant business area to understand the feasibility and impact of new campaigns
- Identify what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources
- Manage stakeholder expectations by holding regular status meetings to ensure all are adequately informed
- Provide thought leadership and direction to direct marketing campaigns on the design and execution, in line with the target market
- Understand the expected impact on key profit drivers
- Recommend enhancements to customer interactions and ensure that the team track the results of the campaign, feeding learnings into future campaigns
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and campaigns and bring increased value to customers and business
- Develop and maintain relationships within relevant business units, understanding their requirements and gathering feedback
- Proactively identify and engage with key business stakeholders to keep them informed on the status and success of your activity
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders to build own knowledge of the business and relating activities, priorities, interdependencies and challenges
- Communicates and works with business subject matter experts and organizational leadership
- Educates the organization both from IT and the business perspectives on new approaches
- Provide insightful information that helps key stakeholders to understand the business and informs the decision-making process
- Engage in conversations and debates, sharing views, asking probing questions to evolve the group and aid better decisions and understanding
- Works with the data stewards to ensure that the information used complies with the regulatory and internal policies in place
- Continuously enhance corporate expertise by analysing its drivers, key indicators, relationships and trends
