We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing B2B sales team within a fast-growing payments and fintech environment. This role sits at the heart of revenue execution — responsible for building a predictable sales engine through strong leadership, coaching, and disciplined operating rhythms.

This is a true people-leadership role, not an individual contributor position. You’ll be accountable for team performance, consistency, and forecast accuracy, while creating an environment where sales professionals can perform at their best.

Job Description:

You’ll play a central role in driving consistent revenue delivery by leading the day-to-day performance of the sales team. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, you’ll establish the systems, cadence, and accountability required to scale the sales function sustainably.

Your focus will be on team outcomes, not personal deals — ensuring pipeline quality, forecast reliability, and strong execution across every sales cycle.

Your daily adventures include:

Sales Leadership & Team Performance

  • Leading a B2B sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Creating a clear performance culture built on accountability, coaching, and transparency.
  • Identifying underperformance early and managing it through structured feedback and action plans.
  • Developing sales talent by improving both weaker performers and stretching top performers.

Sales Operating Rhythm & Execution

  • Establishing and maintaining a strong weekly cadence, including pipeline reviews, activity tracking, forecasting calls, and coaching sessions.
  • Driving consistent CRM usage and high-quality sales data across the team.
  • Improving forecast accuracy through disciplined stage management and deal hygiene.
  • Ensuring incentives are clearly understood and aligned to team outcomes.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Owning pipeline coverage and deal velocity across the team.
  • Using data and KPIs to manage performance, not just outcomes.
  • Reducing end-of-quarter volatility by improving predictability and execution quality.
  • Partnering with leadership to provide clear, confident revenue forecasts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Working closely with marketing, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities.
  • Supporting onboarding and ramp-up as the team scales.
  • Helping prepare the sales function for growth before additional headcount is added.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • A proven track record leading B2B sales teams in target-driven environments.
  • Demonstrable experience improving team conversion, pipeline quality, or forecast accuracy through better systems and cadence.
  • Strong CRM discipline and comfort managing through data and KPIs.
  • Confidence handling performance conversations and making tough calls when required.
  • Coaching depth, you know how to develop people, not just manage numbers.
  • The ability to balance execution pressure with team morale and retention.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or regulated B2B environments is a strong advantage.
