Full-Time Multimedia Designer

As a Multimedia Designer, you will create multimedia assets that meet client objectives and engage audiences. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including video editing, animation, graphic design, and multimedia presentations. You’ll produce high-quality creative output and collaborate closely with the digital team.

• Create engaging digital materials, including social media content, banners, emails, newsletters, multimedia presentations, and websites.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Copywriters to conceptualise and execute designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into compelling content; add effects, transitions, music; contribute to video animation and production.
• Create 2D animation assets for various campaigns and platforms.
• Design creative assets for all social media platforms following best practices.
• Design engaging presentations for sales pitches, webinars, and internal communications; incorporate visual, animated, interactive elements.
• Design or update web pages with solid understanding of functionality, UX, UI principles.

• Proven experience with a strong portfolio in graphic design, video editing, and animation.
• High creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to develop creative solutions and express ideas through visuals, mock-ups, storyboards, or animations.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant tertiary qualification with a strong digital foundation.
• Mac literate.
• Understanding of online marketing.

• Adobe After Effects – highly skilled; strong understanding of compositions, 2D (3D a bonus), AI/PSD imports; script knowledge advantageous.
• Adobe Premiere Pro – highly skilled; efficient editing workflows, sequence settings, sound design, colour grading, AE integration.
• Adobe Media Encoder – competent; understanding of formats, codecs, file optimisation.
• Adobe Illustrator – highly competent; knowledge of layer structures, preparing files for animation.
• Adobe Photoshop – highly skilled; strong understanding of Smart Objects, layers, masks, optimisation for animations.
• Adobe XD / Figma – competent; experience designing for multiple platforms, creating front-end mock-ups, and setting up review workflows.
