Junior Finance Assistant – Entry-Level

Job Summary

Sys Tech Care  Support is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or aspiring professionals looking to kickstart their career in finance. You will assist in daily financial operations, help maintain accurate records, and support various accounting and administrative tasks while working closely with senior finance professionals.

• Assist with data entry and processing of financial transactions, invoices, and expense reports
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes under supervision
• Help maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist with preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and documentation for audits
• Coordinate with other departments for documentation, receipts, and internal queries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist in tracking company expenses and budget adherence
• Carry out other general administrative and financial duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree (completed or in final year) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• 0 to 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role (internships and project experience will be considered)
• Fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible / Hybrid schedule depending on location and team structure)
• Occasional extended hours may be required during closing periods

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, or SAP – preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured finance team
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
