IT Recruitment Researcher / Resource Consultant (Contracting)

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled, passionate IT Recruitment Researcher/Resourcer to join our small, high-performing contracting team. The spotlight is always on you – it's fast, tough, demanding, and deliver is everything. You'll need more than just Linked In Recruiter or job portals; we're looking for someone with savvy, tenacity, and a network to dig deep, think differently, and deliver exceptional IT contractors no matter how tough the brief.

• Hunting down top IT talent across the board covering Engineering, Developers, Analysts, Data, Cloud,Dev Ops, Integration, and more
• Building active candidaye pipelines of exceptional contractors active and passive
• Mastering research, Boolean searches, Git Hub, networking & beyond
• Ensuring turnaround of 48 Hours max on any open roles
• Partnering and showing your above average ability to deliver fast, high-quality results
• Creating sharp, eye-catching job ads & content
• Owning the full sourcing cycle: headhunting, screening, shortlisting, and database management
• Candidate management
• Talent pipelining
• Using AI and scrapping tools and market intelligence to fund unicorns on a daily basis
• Staying one step ahead of the market and all competitors always
• Ability to work in a demanding face paced small team and manage and handle push back as clients come first
• Ability to use initiative, take ownership and always find solutions not just reliant on career candidate portals
• Using AI daily as a key sourcing tool

• 5+ years proven IT contract recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
• Ideally experience and expertise working with contractors a the pace is fast and pressure to deliver is high
• A track record of placing high-quality contractors fast
• Excellent administration, communication & ad-writing skills
• Strong Linked In, Boolean, Git Hub, and alternative sourcing expertise
• Process-driven, resilient, and unshakable under pressure
• Self-motivated with a can-do, delivery-first attitude
• A true networker who knows where to find the hidden talent
• Ensuring you can perform when the spotlight is always on you
