To support acquisition of the right talent, onboarding and effective integration we are currently hiring an experienced Financial Services Recruitment and Talent Specialist.

APC (Advisory Partner Collective) is a national distribution network of Liberty Affiliates (FSP 2409), our brokerage partner and the largest financial (bank) organization in Africa. We specialize in providing tailor‑made solutions and services customized to each individual client's financial needs and experiences.

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist at APC Benchmark. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for conducting hiring and interviewing processes, communicating with candidates and recruiting new financial planning talent. The role is primarily based in Johannesburg, and financial advisory experience would be beneficial, particularly Liberty Group process, Standard Bank and brokerage requirements.

• Liberty or Standard Bank experience would be beneficial.
