We are looking for an HR Graduate Learner to join our Munich Reinsurance Africa Branch Team.

Your Programme:

As a Graduate, you will:

  • Take part in soft skills and technical training
  • Conduct daily team specific tasks
  • Participate in team specific tasks and deliverables
  • Participate in cross-divisional project teams
  • Participate in team and business projects

Exposure may include (department dependent):

  • Workplace Skills Plan
  • Employment Equity Reporting
  • Process invoices
  • Support in all HR generalist functions

Your profile:

  • Recent Human Resources Graduate (HR related qualification BCom/BA Undergraduate/Honours)
  • Planning and organising skills
