Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, with practical experience using digital recruitment tools such as Zoho Recruit and Linked In.

The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, technology‑savvy, eager to learn, and interested in ICT recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Assist in sourcing candidates using Zoho Recruit, Linked In, and other recruitment platforms.
• Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Screen, shortlist, and communicate with candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage professional candidate communication.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ICT recruitment and talent acquisition experience is mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment and Human Resources.
• Must reside in Johannesburg North.
• Familiarity with Linked In and other sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
