The Role

As a Projects Associate, you will:

Have the opportunity to work on high profile projects and cross-border transactions on a global scale.

Lead and manage transactions, draft key project documents, and provide legal opinions on regulatory issues.

Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues across our international network.

Support and mentor junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of legal talent.

Contribute to our thought leadership through publications and business development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years’ PQE with experience in a leading infrastructure and/or energy practice.

Strong technical skills in drafting project agreements and advising on regulatory matters.

Experience acting in a leading role on major transactions.

A proactive, client-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
