Junior legal specialist - Property Law

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Junior Legal Specialist focusing on Property Law. This position will involve researching, interpreting, and applying property laws to various legal matters, as well as assisting senior legal professionals in managing property-related cases and transactions.

• Conduct legal research on property laws and regulations
• Analyze and interpret legal documents related to property transactions
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds
• Assist with property title searches and due diligence processes
• Support senior legal professionals in property litigation and negotiation
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding property matters
• Stay updated on changes in property laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in property law or related legal field
• Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in legal software and research tools
