Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing law firm based in Randburg, is seeking a professional, driven Admitted Attorney to take on a senior support and management role within their Collections and Litigation Department.

This role offers excellent long-term growth potential for an ambitious candidate looking to build a career within a dynamic legal practice.

Key Requirements:

Admitted Attorney with 1–2 years post-admission litigation experience
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience in collections will be advantageous
Right of appearance in the High Court is not essential, but will be an advantage
Must be well spoken, efficient, and professional
Strong work ethic, diligent, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Head up and manage the firm’s Collections Department
Deal directly with managing agents in respect of large residential estates
Manage matters relating to defaulting units
Diarise legal steps, track progress, and report to management
Appear in the Magistrates’ Court
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage and supervise staff assisting with departmental responsibilities
