We’re partnering on an exciting Legal & Commercial opportunity within a well-established multinational business.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of client contract matters across multiple service lines and jurisdictions
, working closely with commercial stakeholders to ensure agreements are practical, well-structured and aligned to business objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- LLB degree, Admitted Attorney
- ±5–10 years’ commercial legal experience
- Exposure to a corporate/in-house environment (essential)
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating MSAs and service agreements
- Cross-border or multi-jurisdiction contract exposure (essential)
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial instinct — able to structure solutions, not just identify risk
