You’ll oversee integrated campaigns that span PR, digital, and events — ensuring stories are told powerfully, deadlines are met, and clients are kept in the loop every step of the way. If you’re a natural people manager who can bring structure to creativity, this role will feel like home.
Key Responsibilities- PR & Communications Leadership:Drive the development and execution of PR strategies that enhance client visibility, reputation, and brand impact.
- Client Management:Build strong relationships with clients, managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes with professionalism and ease.
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of PR, comms, and digital professionals — fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
- Project Management:Oversee campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Media Relations:Cultivate strong media relationships, pitch stories, and secure high-value coverage across print, digital, and broadcast.
- Content Creation:Ensure all communication — from press releases and thought leadership articles to event copy and digital content — is polished, impactful, and on‑brand.
- Event Coordination:Guide planning and PR around client events, launches, and activations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Reporting & Insights:Track results, provide clear reports, and recommend data‑informed improvements.
- 5+ years’ experience in
Public Relations, Communications, or Brand Management
, ideally in an
agency environment
. - Proven
people management
experience — you know how to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable. - Strong
project management
skills; you’re the steady hand that keeps everything running on track. - Exceptional
writing and communication skills
— you can craft a press release, media pitch, or executive statement that lands. - Confident
client-facing presence
with a natural ability to manage expectations and influence outcomes. - Solid understanding of
digital PR, influencer engagement, and content strategy
. - Able to work
independently
in a hybrid or remote setup while maintaining collaboration and momentum.
