IntroductionWe are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental and Facilities Manager to join and lead the team.
- Implement and maintain OHS systems, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incidentinvestigations.
- Manage facilities operations including maintenance,security, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee contractor management and service providers.
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare regular reports.
- Matric
- Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
- SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety certification(advantageous).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar Health, Safety, and Facilities Management role
- Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Building Regulations, and Environmental legislation
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Experience managing HSE at multiple office sites(advantageous).
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – skilled in data compilation and reporting
- Knowledge of OHS Act, Environmental Management Regulations, and incident investigation techniques
- Project coordination and facilities management
- Waste management and hazardous materials handling
- Data analysis and trend identification.
- Person of integrity
